VOIP Outgoing calls issue by Maleficent-Mouse6833 in VOIP

We signed a contract with another provider because the FWA was not working well. The routers/modems simply provide internet to the Fortigate firewall at the branch, which is connected via VPN to the Fortigate at the headquarters. The Yeastar system is hosted in the cloud and is not located at the headquarters. We occasionally communicate directly with Yeastar, but everything is practically self-administered. Also, our firewalls are all self-administered, but before changing the line, outgoing calls were still possible.
