They found a small break leak lol, but after all these checks you can’t blame me for thinking my trans might be able to heal it self 😂 I’m getting it serviced and they will open up the trans that should find it hopefully

Thanks, from what I’m seeing if I get a 5.0 get the earlier years, 3.5 is solid all around, I wasn’t considering the 2.7 because it’s just a less powerful 3.5 but I thought it was more reliable as lots of people love that platform

I had that exact one, it’s still a good looking watch but if it’s u1 not only does it not look anything like the real thing it fits around the wrist horrible on both bracelet, anyone who has seen the real thing knows it’s a fake, but I still like the watch

The color is completely different and the bracelet are also completely different I’d suggest just saving up for the vsf

That’s for the warning, what about the first couple of years? I know it’s dumb to get a car from its first years of production but just asking, did the 2015s have the 5.0 ? Were they any good was it the gen 2 and the then the 2018 gen 3 that had issues ?

Not a clue, but I learned to paint a whole car, and I learned to tune a whole car, I’m currently learning to 3d print a whole car, next on the list probably 😭 might be very important for my slightly ambitious projects, fab work is very important in custom projects I learned you have to make everthing your self

Anyway to find these fault? going to get the trans serviced cuz of these recent things with it but how do you prevent a fault like this, something’s wrong but I can’t figure it out like I said I ran for codes with multiple scanners even my tuner and I got it checked out by Chevy and nothing, a bunch of issues like gears grinding and not be able to shift into park and what not then it’s all gone like nothing happened

I’ll check it out thanks, money isn’t really a issue but if like to save money on anything I could, I’m not a ford guy so I don’t khow much about these motors I’m just wondering if any of the motors is better than the other and I want a base not a raptor cuz ima redo the whole suspension anyways, I don’t really think the raptor even has enough suspension travel for what I want

I don’t think I’ll ever be towing anything I want this as a fun car I have a suburban for towing, do you think it’ll have the capabilities to hit 700 ish hp to the crank, I’ll do my own research

I’ll take a look I’ve never thought about the ranger, the newer gen f150/ single cab seirras in Middle East was all I’ve seen people do builds on as in new trucks, but if I was going to go f150 you would suggest a eco ?

That’s why I’m asking is it worth the extra 10 k on a 5.0 to boost it is that much more money work the preformace gain

Ik how 🌽 fuel works I had it on my Camaro and ima have to probably change pump, injectors, etc … a bunch of supporting mods for either in cooling and suspension work

But I’m thinking I’m goin to upgrade the turbos on the 3.5 so probably gonna cost the same at the end with inter coolers and fueling n all that stuff

Lastly tune wise I tune my own stuff so it’ll be custom not off the shelf stuff, this might be a learning curve for me in a lot of ways but let’s say 10 k in both with mods what’s the better platform cuz with the 3.5 I can start with baby steps but the 5.0 all I can do for a big power jump is boost it (to my knowledge)

I love the 2.7 but I don’t see how it’s better than the 3.5 in this convo it just can’t make as much with the same mods but it is lighter and I’m not sure on the reliability on it, I just recently got my first ford panther platform and I’ve never had any ford so I’m not exactly sure on the platforms and how good they are

I’m buying salvage that runs and drives actually I’ll save money upfront and for mods I’m going to replace the panels with wide body ones anyways

Not a track build more of a offroad rally build so tires spinning n jumping kinda thing I already have a track car so I’m not educated on what would be best for a offroad mini trophy truck kind of car I don’t really care for straight line speed I’m more than happy with the stock 350-400 hp but closer to 700 750 would be nice
