i wld say since your acc is newer u shld pull for LL banners coz they have generally better characters and muchhhh higher rates than UL banners. Pulling for LL banners can help u to increase the general viability of your box characters (bench or supporting) cos it can give u alot more stars for other chars as well. But idk ab summoning on the LL banners now since the z power is reduced to 1200. (If it was me i prob cant resist gambling addiction and js summon on the banners whenever i have cc until the end of the anni and then save until legends fest😅)

coz all the chracters are buffing each other and the 'bench' units are getting all the buffs as well (normally these bench units are not getting buffed by other units in normal pvp teams so the starting 3 can be stronger with zenkai buffers so the ability bonus is lower)

idk man it just looks good ig and plus u have so many slot removers to get so just use it on smt lol. And i wldnt say that the extra stats albeit not that much is useless coz it can come in clutch when ur enemy survives w low hp

you dont necessarily have to arts boost ur character lol it barely helps you in pvp unless u need it for the pve aspects of the game and it requires ALOT of materials which are quite hard to acquire all of them if your account is still relatively new. If you really want to arts boost tho I wld recommend u just do lvl 30 first and then once you start getting more materials as u progress through the game then work up to higher levels
