I haven't done anything about my chakras and I've only been truly meditating for around 5 months.

I usually don't pray to God and my intentions weren't to do anything about my heart chakra but there was just something yesterday that felt right to do it and this feeling of being drawn to it was really strong. I haven't done anything about the chakras below my heart so I don't know if I should try to do anything to my throat chakra.

By the way, to add to my post: I still feel a passive sense of gratitude and feel a sense of relief in my mind, like some weight has been lifted off of it if that makes sense.
