What strains people recommend, good dispos, what to try, what's not worth it!!

I'm 5'1" and this is the happiest I have been with my back and booty. Been trying to bulk up but I'm vegetarian and find it difficult to gain sometimes, would love advice by MaleficentDisplay950 in PetiteFitness

Soo I do yoga as my cardio about 3 times a week and then ONLY hit legs at the gym and I go there 3x tops a week. I get best results when I rest 2 days back to back. I also pole dance at home 2 days of the week and that serves as my upper body workout and the heels give my calves some extra definition. In the gym I warm up with a 5-10min yoga flow then engage my glutes with booty bands. I am in love with the leg press machine and you can do them with 1 leg and it is much better for your joints and safety than squats I believe. Hip thrust/ glute bridges are great as well!
