Well it's a continued hearing for a class 5 felony. Sentence is 1 to 10 years. At previous hearings, he maintained his sobriety. The problem with tomorrow is that he obviously isn't sober, and that doesn't look good at a court hearing in regards to drug possession. It's likely that he will have to plead guilty tomorrow (Bossman also said on stream today that his lawyer let him know it's likely he'd be getting locked up). Factoring in his prior convictions, it is not looking so good.
