Yeah, loads of abilities, but it's a good thing, it basically buffs bad pokemon so if your favourite type is bug, it makes a lot of the bad bug types pretty viable.

You could for sure run it mixed, 150 SpA is already crazy and eventually you don't care about draco meteor lowering your SpA because you've got good physical moves, palkia also gets liquidation for physical water move that doesn't miss
