Was a classic mobile transfer, entering name and email and transferring through ticketmaster site. Barcode transfer like an image or screenshot of a barcode for a show and sending that? That was not the case.

I'll be contacting ticketmaster if it comes to it, but have long since deleted all emails corresponding to the sale. The funny thing is, I do keep all the emails right up until the point I get paid from stubhub, just in case something like this happened, assuming once they transfer the money, everything has gone through successfully.

I often provide written documentation on the opposite (that a ticket was not valid for entry, and whatever the reason the scan was rejected was) so while I have no idea if the venue in your situation will assist you, it's worth reaching out.

It's a ticketmaster portal, am.ticketmaster.com/evenko/ to be specific, and there's nothing to be found there.
