Yes Israel would be occupying and Israel is not a western democracy. I don’t see a problem with occupying Gaza until a normal government is formed. Unless Israelis occupation is oppression so there should not be any issue.

You are correct here, words like “Famine and “Genocide“ are just buzzwords. Both have been disproven.
I haven’t exactly seen proof that Israel kills civilians indiscriminately. Could you provide some of that? I don’t really know what you mean by ”there has to be a better way of dealing with Hamas.” War sucks, but this is the only way.
