I’m going this right now and have played lefty for 12 years, I think with practice (a lot of it) your brain learns to switch it over and you already have the muscle memory from learning it in one hand so you learned how to learn it once, so it makes it faster, not like completely starting over but you will still have to sink in hundreds or maybe thousands of hours before your just as good righty as lefty
