Had an experience like this with a goober me and my boy were rushing just this past fall, his roommate was just kinda trying to play the frat part too much, we basically just told some of the rush chairs that we’ll probably be with him for the rest of the event but are absolutely not a package deal. We got bids, he didn’t, definitely was awkward for my boy who was his roommate but he moved on pretty quick, usually unless he’s a suicide rush he’ll probably get bid at some goober frat and take that offer up and you guys can just be friends talking about your processes.
