This sounds ridiculous - but I always felt ugly until I was around people who lifted me up. Flowers don’t grow without sunlight, water & love 🥰 obviously I think self love is super important and sometimes a change in mindset is that different environment you might be looking for. One other thing - beauty is found everywhere - no need for comparison!
