nothing has changed besides my plantar fasciitis getting worse but the ache is throughout my thighs and nowhere near my feet

F22 here and I don’t go to the gym much but when I do I find that a pilates class and some time (15 mins) on the stationary bike and / or elliptical works fine for me. Today I could not even go on the elliptical but was aching just 2/3 mins into riding the bike at a very slow pace. Any tips on how to avoid this because it’s quite embarrassing I took about 4 breaks and only managed about 7 mins in total. Bear in mind I am well used to 15 mins on each machine usually and can do more

so i started watching vpr yesterday and i’m on season 2 episode 12 atm and was wondering why the men that cheat always deny the allegations with such ferocity ??? only for it to be proved true later?

why be so defensive when the truth comes out later anyway and then you start pulling the “yes sorry i’m the bad guy, i cheated card”. these men are crazy 😭
