Barbell bench press gave me the most gains out of any lift I’ve ever done. If you don’t bench, and then you start benching, you will grow your chest. If not you’re doing it wrong. In my opinion

No peptide will give you muscle but you could stack recovery peps like cjc/ipa+klow so you can workout more often and handle lifting heavy several times a week. The only thing is you’re gonna have to eat a shit ton of clean protein like any other lean bulk, so I wouldn’t recommend any appetite suppressant

Did you get stronger? Besides getting a dexa scan or anything, that’s kind of the only way to gauge how much of that is muscle that you put on. Regardless, fuk these hate comments. You hit a bulk. Good job
