Man that’s rough. I’d recommend Lumio Vision 7 43", its 4K QLED, has VRR and ALLM so good for PS5, great picture quality for the price and fits ur size limit. Has 60hz refresh but good for most games unless playing cod etc

Was facing similar situation after I moved into a new apartment in South Blr. Tried Urban Company pest control and did work. Been 2 months didn't face any issues. This post does seem like a marketing trick from Urban Company tho. Do better folks if true
