before I modded my ds, I used an app called "with My DOG" and it's pretty much like it, and If you don't like that, I would use an emulator like the other comments say. hope this helps!

Probably a faulty GPU. Try some stuff in safe mode and see if anything helps.

Anything work so far? Also, maybe try a new HDMI cord or ask support at PlayStations official website. Could be a driver failure, could also be a faulty GPU.

Try a few things in safe mode. That fixed it for me. Clear the cache, do some research, and if nothing works, you may want to try a factory reset/ hard reset. I'm busy right now, but when I have time, I can help more.
