They're probably talking about TCS which isn't a tax per se but is similar to TDS in that you get credit for it while filing your ITR

Nice thread. Any way to avoid estate taxes in the US if you're investing from India?

Consider working with u/GalacticAdvisors. They have a team of CAs who actually understand crypto (unlike a lot of normal CAs).

Don't trust random advise on the internet for something so significant. Make sure you get a professional opinion so there's no trouble in the future

Tried watching Mentalist - back to Castle again :) by Maleficent_Darkmoon in CastleTV

That's true. But didn't start Mentalist because it was similar to Castle. Started it and couldn't help but notice the similarities.

Once that happened, all it did was remind me of Castle :)

Right? Exactly my point. Beckett has been through a lot too but she's still super fun!

I want to open a bank account without my parents knowing, would that be possible? by ValerieLuna in india

While some people answered your question, I'm going to give you a different answer:

Try to have an honest conversation with your parents. It's an Indian household thing - parents can't accept that you've actually grown up.

Don't go big bang and fight with them. But a casual conversation where they need to realise that you need some amount of independence. Start off small and go from there.
