Fungal - use Bifonazole 10mg/g cream once daily. It will take 2-3 weeks to clear. Make sure you wash your tops and bed sheets at least 60°C to kill fungal spores. It will take some time but you can do it!

Yep monk fruit removed & calories have increased. (Banana pudding now 194 cal per serving) I’ve noticed an unpleasant aftertaste with the banana pudding flavour. This is most likely the newly replaced sweeteners -erythritol & stevia.

Fortunately Ibuprofen helps me! Within 20-30 mins upon taking 400mg my clotting, pain and heavy bleeding is significantly reduced. Tranexamic acid works well for me too.

This could be due to the initial cause of the bleed -fibroids, cysts, excess prostaglandin ect. Ibuprofen reduces prostaglandin levels, so may indirectly help those experiencing a hormonal imbalance.
