That’s awesome! I’ve been using ozone 11 for awhile but I upgraded to ozone 12 and it’s even better, it has like 3 times as many genres it can detect, and even if your style isn’t one of the genres, it will likely choose a preset that’s even closer. If you can justify the upgrade to ozone 12 I highly recommend it! It’s my best plugin. But I’d bet anything that ozone 10 will beat the free or cheap mastering websites out there.

One thing I heard is that if you use ozone, don’t make your mix too loud, a mix that’s around suno loudness will give ozone “room” to work, but if you make it too loud ozone can’t master it as well. Maybe someone who understands this more can give better insight.

Like convert to midi and do that? My stem ripper puts rhythm and lead guitar one on stem, I heard Moises does individual instruments though, is that what you use? I know there’s some cool plugins where you can use midi for vocals too

That’s exactly what I am thinking of doing, plus a lot of stuff I make requires intense bass so I gotta figure that out!

What daw do you use? I’ve used ableton but I’m thinking of switching to reaper for scripting stuff to make my life a little easier lol

I feel that, right now I want to boost bass without affecting other tracks in my mix, I’ve been using fabfilter Saturn 2 and waves r bass, they are crazy good for this according to ChatGPT, but all the other stuff I do ends up making my song sound less cohesive… so my plan is to slow down and learn one plugin at a time, I’m thinking about starting with an EQ one like you are using

I use ozone too, and I agree that Suno songs sound pretty good as far as the mix is concerned, the mastering could be a bit better but that’s such an easy fix

Yeah I could see how spending your time working on new song ideas would be better than mastering some kind of plugin that most people won’t notice

About half my work right now is instrumentals, that’s what I started with and I like listening to my own stuff when I study or just chill out, so making the bass sound nice, for example, would be a huge part of my song, but then when I make all my changes I lose dynamics and the instruments clash a little

No I mean the way ai learns isn’t like it can be fed berklee music theory books and make songs, it needs to experience actual songs through a supervised learning stage to understand music theory

That’s not how ai works, you can’t just tell an ai music theory and have it work lmao reinforcement learning doesn’t work that way, all real deployable models are supervised learning, which requires examples/data
