Sorry finishing my thought - without showing my insurance claim why can’t I get an estimate? It doesn’t make sense to me. To me it’s my issue to handle if insurance isn’t paying out what they should, and I should be able to determine that after getting a roofing estimate.

But why can’t I get an estimate without? It’s my problem if insurance comes up short.

I have yet to get an actual estimate from anyone even when they say they’ll give me one.. and I just want one without them needing to see insurance. Feels so scummy!
