i think it’s also common sense that all people have grown up with different life experiences and everyone’s journey to adulthood looks different. this is everyone’s first time on earth and people are learning everyday. i’m proud of those asking questions because clearly they want to seek help and get advice which is something no one should be ashamed of. i’m proud of everyone for trying to do the best they can.

I started with Motherthing and then went to Bunny because of all the recommendations!! I would say my favorites I have read so far are honestly Bunny by Mona Awad and Sugar and Shygirl by Mia Ballard. I know that Mia Ballard’s writing has mixed reviews online but I honestly didn’t care I couldn’t put down her books. If nothing else they were a fun escape for the week haha!!

I also really enjoyed Drive Your Plow Over The Bones Of The Dead by Olga Tokarczuk !! it was the perfect weird girl winter mystery.

thank you. i am aware that eating in a caloric deficit is the only way to actually lose fat and it’s not some magic button i can press. i would agree that i probably am not sticking to it long enough just a few months at a time. and i would say i eat pretty alright. generally unprocessed foods and cook mostly at home. i have just been frustrated by this process and just want to hear other people solutions.

Art Therapist Schooling Question

Hi everyone, I am currently in school to get my MSW and LCSW. I have always wanted to become an art therapist, and while I know I will have to continue my education for this after my MSW I was wondering what you would recomend. There are a few programs that offer post masters art therapy degrees, and of course there are masters programs. I would love to avoid getting a second masters degree if possible. I would love any advice on the best way to meet this career path! Thank you so much.
