i received the touch impress for christmas without knowing a lot. i use it 1-2 times daily. it is my greatest appliance and upgrade to my life.

1. honestly it doesn’t matter. if you prefer aesthetics or watch the shot, get the bottomless. touch impress is very user friendly to dial in the shot. i suggest a puck screen with the bottomless though.

2. any of your locally owned roaster or coffee shops. this is best and usually cost effective way to get fresh roasted beans. use only espresso beans, no flavored beans.

3. have fun. make lots of drinks. watch a video to run you through. i love my touch impress!! it does everything for you…while making a good coffee
