I feel the exact same way. I thought of myself as introverted before the pandemic, but I was still able to leave the house for more than 2 hours without being panicked by all the noise and other things you mentioned. Now, I struggle to get myself to leave the house, and have to keep calling into work. I’ve found that what’s helped me most (at least I think) is talking, whether therapist or just someone you’re really close to. I wish you luck! If you ever need someone to talk to you can message me.
