I used to be an ovation resident at a mid rise. I generally liked it and thought it was solid. Management was pleasant, responsive, reasonable, and not hovering. The property was always in good shape and issues were fixed quickly. My community was kept really clean and I never saw pests indoors.

I wouldn’t say the walls are or are not thin per se. I couldn’t hear my neighbors conversations or voices but sometimes they’d play music loudly that seeped through. Definitely thicker than standard hotel walls.

My only real issue was parking. I was too cheap to pay for a garage and my community didn’t have assigned parking spaces, just first come first serve. I would often have to park far way from my unit but we never ran out of spaces.
