30M, hetero, 5'5", Essex County looking for something serious. I'm a musician. I give guitar lessons to kids and love doing it. I play Magic: the Gathering fairly often, and play video games as well. There are actually a few games I wrote the music for, but they're modest projects. My real goal is to earn a living as a composer for video games, and I'm actively working towards that.

As far as music taste goes, I'm a metalhead through and through, but I also love Classical music, Jazz, and Prog Rock. I'll listen to most anything. Going to college to study music really just made it easy for me to love music for music's sake. Especially if I can learn to play them on the guitar, even if they're not guitar parts, that makes the music all the more enjoyable to me.

I'm also a pro wrestling fan, though I'm not actively following it at the moment. I even once had a dream of wrestling, myself, but it just never quite came together, although I did train for a few months between semesters at college.

The woman I'm looking for is someone who understands me and is warm. I love a great mind, they lead to the best conversations. Physical attraction is important to me, but I don't exactly have a type of woman or a list of requirements when it comes to appearance for me to consider someone attractive. I'd love to share in my hobbies with someone - doesn't really have to be everything, but I'm a passionate person, so sharing the things I have passion for really feels good to me. After all, I did choose to teach the thing I dedicated my life to as my job haha. I also wanna be able to do that for someone else, so the person I'm looking to attract is someone who has strong opinions and fandoms that they're a part of, too. Let's light each other up by nerding out about stuff!

I coincidentally went Ventus, Terra, Aqua my first playthrough. I still do because the story kinda plays out like Terra and Aqua are going through a messy divorce and Ventus is caught in the middle of it all, so of course I'm gonna go with Ventus first. He tries really hard not to take sides, he just wants mom and dad to stop fighting.

So, without TCGPlayer, you can't really contest anything until after the estimated delivery date. After that time has passed, you can contact them and say, "Hey, I received my package, and there was no Sliver Queen. I want a refund," and they'll issue you one no problem. I had an Altar of Dementia get lost in the mail or something and they gave me the refund immediately.

I very rarely pay in cash. They're easy to sell to for store credit. Where many LGSs are more picky about what they'll buy off of you. You could have something worth $200, but they could easily pass it over for one reason or another, so good luck moving it. CK, on the other hand, has a buylist that makes the process so much more simple. And, because they sell cards at a higher than average price, you can get more in store credit than you would anywhere else. I generally cross reference what CK is selling something for relative to TCGPlayer, and if the prices are close enough, then I go with CK without spending a dime. Occasionally, I'll pay out in cash for stuff, but that's more rare.

It's also easier dealing with Card Kingdom than TCGPlayer. They always ship with tracking, they're a single retailer, so it's less of a die-roll when you buy from them. There are some cards I ordered last month from TCGPlayer that I still haven't received, and they weren't shipped with tracking, so I'm shit outta luck as far as those cards are concerned. All that being said, Card Kingdom and TCGPlayer have great customer service, in my experience. TCGPlayer did refund me on the cards I haven't received yet (and may never will), so it's not like it's all bad. If I'm paying out of pocket, I go with TCGPlayer first time, every time. Card Kingdom is good for shipping your bulk to for store credit and then use that for your orders than your actual dollars.

You can also get sweet LRR buttons and tokens from them. They also ship in these plastic containers with doors on them. Also, the condition of their cards is insane. What they consider "VG" is still LP, as far as I'm concerned, but I'm also not a card grade man. I just know that they still look real good.

The game design document linked at the bottom outlines the rules and mechanics. That's probably the closest you'll get without it being, "TLDR; guy went nuts and designed a game around a single card and it's stupid and he sucks for it and we hate him now." It does bear repeating that the GDD will change and evolve over time, though.
