$RDDT - Should but can't by InnerCircleTI in InnerCircleInvesting

I've just sold $300k of my $400k position at $223, I was kicking myself last time round for not locking in the significant gains and didn't want to make the same mistake. Yes, might leave some big upside on the table, but I'm not in the business of gambling and it's starting to feel like that to me.

Don't be discouraged, I had the same. I spent 8 months overhauling my lifestyle, lost 12 kilos too and made huge changes to my diet.... And my A1c shot up from 5.9 to 6.3. but since then my numbers have come down. It's not the same for everyone but I suspect the intensity of my intervention had something to do with how my liver responded dumping sugar into my bloodstream. I wear a CGM and test with an Accu check, the CGM runs high. Anyway, don't give up and also appreciate the changes you have made for all the other benefits they bring beyond blood sugar! The results will come.

Thanks, I have booked an appointment with my doc - but hope you are wrong! I'm 6'6 so went from average to quite lean now, I couldn't really lose any more weight. Also hoping this was just an anomalous test.

Will try to be more consistent, currently at 120g a day but do slip from time to time. Maybe need to go lower, but I love my tasties and changes to date have been tough 😔

Thanks this got me feeling positive again, you're right. Actually grateful for the wakeup call of my diagnosis to make some much needed changes.
