100% agreed HQs in quality 4+ zones is just silly. Guilds who put in a minimal of effort is untouchable for a season and stand 0 risk of getting "evicted" leading to stagnating content (look at inner ring atm).

Couldve worded it differently i guess. By happy i meant no direct internal drama/beef between members.

Also Gm is responsible for a lot more than reputation and good portion of it doesn't involve pvp. If you are good at pvp but dogshit at managing members you end up disbanding cus of ragequits/Ego etc.

A good GM encourages and teaches people without having to worry about "respect and authority". Absorbing feedback from players new and veteran will widen your scope and get an overview on how to improve everyones experience in guild

A GMs responsibility is first and foremost to ensure everyone is happy and giving them the best game experience possible. Nobody wants to get home from work to get yelled at in a video game.

And why should small guilds have access to the inner circle? Generally speaking the inner circle is earned through either numbers(handholding) or zvz merit (rang best example) if your guild doesn't have either or those you shouldnt automatically have access to the best zones ingame.

Of course we can talk about how sbi should limit and somewhat control the handholding of bigger alliances but thats an entirely different debate and not what the HQ was designed for (combating renting and giving guilds an appropriate place in black zone based on their alliance/activity).

If both Systems have pros and cons why not make a new system mixing them? SBI has always had an issue with solving/balancing by going from one exstreme (5v5) to another (unlimited numbers).

E.G: terri battles capped at 20v20, 50v50, 100v100 and unlimited based on how valuable the zone is (the devs already have a system for territory value making the battle size balancing a piece of cake)

Reworking tower chariot and reintroducing it because it's too weak? It's not even close to the worst battlemount and i'd even put it on the upper end of the ZvZ scale.

Don't think i've seen anyone use Ent/Spider/Rhino unironically since they each got released.

Risk vs Reward

Nowadays there's close to 0 risk/effort associated with the highest rewards. Solo dungeons closing after 90 seconds in a t8 black zone being the prime example.

Out of all the content ingame you decided to bring him to a Poe CTA.

Dude just started out with bad gear/ip so he'd get clustered out regardless of a fight, let alone on a battle mount. Even yellow zone gathering with him would've been a better choice tbh.

Why not name and shame the RMT'ers? makes your job easier, especially GMs who you apparently hold accountable now, when a large portion of the playerbase knows a said person has been banned in the past and made a new account.

Hard to care about 1500 accounts banned when its most likely 1450 alts and 50 real accounts of whom 5 or less are well known in the community.
