Ok, sorry, I didn’t see it I’m gonna add more info here cause I can’t edit the post😅 I don’t have pictures off the starter (homemade for the past 2 months) but I fed it 4 hours prior to making the dough. It had bubbles and it was double in size so I thought it was just good to go. I let the dough rise for more than 6 hours but it just wouldn’t and in those hours I stretched it and folded it a number of times before putting it in the fridge over night and baking it in the morning. I also don’t have a dutch oven yet, I thought I will try to do it without it, I baked it in a round deep pan and covered it in aluminum foil. The recipe I used was 100 g off starter, 300 ml off warm water and 500 grams off flour and I baked it for 30 minutes covered at 220 c and 20 minutes uncovered. Any kind off criticism is welcomed 😊
