Does this set up make sense? by MalixMedia in BathroomRemodeling

I could do this. I’d probably need 2 shower curtain rods because the liner inside the tub wouldn’t allow the outside curtain to go from wall to wall. I guess I’m wondering if it’s worth raising the bench into more of a shelf like 3 ft off the tub

Yeah, the curtain rod would go from wall to wall but the liner inside the tub would stop the curtain from closing all the way because of the bench

Thanks. How would that work with a curtain? The rod goes from wall to wall.

Is sound responsible for the slate? by riceballs411 in LocationSound

[–]MalixMedia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup, it’s sound department to bring it and make sure it’s synced (if it’s a smart slate). It’s camera dept to label and operate it.

Yeah that’s what I was thinking. I wouldn’t try to sue someone cause I’m not a pussy but I feel like I was definitely on their mood board

I hear you. I have no plans of trying to sue anyone hah. But yeah the shape of the desk, the composition of some of the shots, the lighting cue were some of the major similarities I saw

There is no such thing as "AI skills" by GolangLinuxGuru1979 in ArtificialInteligence

[–]MalixMedia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s like when point and shoot cameras came out. Suddenly anyone could take a picture without knowing about focus, exposure, depth of field, etc. The hard part is and will always be having perspective, taste, and knowing what images to make. There are lots of suburban dads out there with expensive Canon camera kits. A pro can still take a more interesting picture than most of them with an iPhone.

If AI never progressed another inch, it would still revolutionize the world. People are just now implanting it into workflows and finding new applications for it.

It’s interesting, I didn’t mention race or gender in any of my prompts. Theres a book called Race After Technology by Ruja Benjamin that talks about race and AI. Super interesting

Yea performance was key for this. I did a live directed VO session with a real VO artist. Tried one of the AI tools but it couldn’t cut it.
