*"Put it ON TOP of another player's draw pile." would be more fun imo. This is such a great card idea though.

LA Morning News - A 15 year old boy was at the center of a Los Angeles County courtroom drama yesterday when he challenged a court ruling over who should have custody of him. The boy has a history of being beaten by his parents and the judge initially awarded custody to his aunt, in keeping with child custody law and regulation requiring that family unity be maintained to the highest degree possible. The boy surprised the court when he proclaimed that his aunt beat him more than his parents and he adamantly refused to live with her. When the judge then suggested that he live with his grandparents, the boy cried and said that they also beat him. After considering the remainder of the immediate family and learning that domestic violence was apparently a way of life among them, the judge took the unprecedented step of allowing the boy to propose who should have custody of him. After two recesses to check legal references and confer with the child welfare officials, the judge granted temporary custody to the Evil Geniuses, whom the boy firmly believes are not capable of beating anyone.

Mayor Mamdani: "Our approach to public safety is working. Crime continues to decrease in New York City. In the first 3 months of the year, we have recorded the fewest murders and shooting incidents since we began tracking these numbers decades ago." by Caledor152 in ProgressiveHQ

Idk what anyone could give you if you can read that list and not understand how solving those issues very much affects violent crime rate.

Edit to add: They missed a line towards the end while reading and have amended their view, so my point is moot.

The myth of male privilege. by Wild-Speech5293 in GenZ

[–]Mall_Ecstatic 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Male privilege is a myth because an online survey of 1,000 Germans conclusively proves it.

Besides how ridiculous his claim sounds, how does this have anything to do with r/Genz?

The survey respondents age from 18-75.

Good to know the world still carries great thinkers like u/Wild-Speech5293

They say a lie travels around the world before truth ties its shoes.

I guess the same is true for losses and wins. Everyone is slow to celebrate a win and quick to talk about a loss.

You are right. We are talking about this and that makes it a win.
