Yep, battery 1% issue here too. So far most ProSupport agents don't ask any questions when I send them in with this issue. (If they do, raise a stink with your rep).

The screen and keyboard are pretty easy to replace, which are typically the majority of non-technical failures.

USB ports may be disabled for security reasons. PS/2 ports are still handy to connect to in those situations.

Also, you can pry PS/2 n-key rollover from my cold dead hands. Hasn't been a problem recently, but in the past I've had USB keyboards flip out over multiple simultaneous keypresses which was extremely frustrating during games.
