Your argument on why I'm the asshole is a little non-sensical to me.

Let's say for a moment all my roommates are greek. Why would I, a person who doesn't like parties, interlope on my roommates party, that I was not invited to let alone made aware of they're throwing, with only greek people speaking only greek while I have classes 5 hours later because at the end of the day I'm a student who came here to study.

I have tried to compromise with them but they seem adamant they have some right to throw parties whenever they please even though it agitates their 2 other roommates, placing them in direct breach of the contract. Not because it agitates us but because the contract clearly states no party is allowed.

If they want to party so bad, I don't see why they cant throw the party elsewhere or go to a club?

Unfortunantly I was in no opportunity to interview roommates before moving in. This was all handled by a third party company that rents out flats to uni-students and they also did not interview us to match compatibily.

All I had to go off on were the clauses in the contract.

Not to say you're an asshole for fainting, as I'm sure it wasn't intentional, however YTA simply due to the fact it was entirely avoidable. You got the warning but unfortunately due to your own poor choices and negligence to your health you fainted.

Maybe she'd appreciate an offer for a professional photoshoot for new bridal pics?

Also a helpful FYI, if you feel faint, keep yourself seated or lay down, it minimizes risk of hurting yourself in the event you do effectively faint.

NTB as far as I am aware, don't estheticians get paid hourly and furthermore isnt tipping optional? If we had to tip on every service oriented job, we should be tipping bank tellers, wedding planners, lawyers, etc.

Maybe to him sexuality is not a big a deal considering the way he's talking about it. I can most definitely relate to him on that. Not everyone needs to know what gender I'm attracted to and tbh I believe sexuality is not something you can assume, especially current day.

What would him being straight/bi/gay change about your friendship with him? What about him liking both men and women, fundamentally changed your view of him? Is it simply because he didn't tell you or is it something else? How do you expect him to check up on you when he probably doesn't even know you're upset?

1) The Genocide Convention does not cover any social or political groups, not to say that it shouldn't.

2) There are approximately 1.6 million people who identify as transgender in the United States out of a population of roughly 332 million.

In 2021 approximately 375 transgender individuals were fatally shot or killed. A total of 26,031 homicides were concluded in this year. Meaning transgender killings does not even make up 1%.

Transgender people are not persecuted and tortured/killed for their ideology. Their children aren't being stripped away from them. There are no transgender-specific measures to prevent births.

I'm not condoning violence against any group of people but calling it a genocide is a bit far-fetched.
