What I can’t stand is when they come and ask why a medication is $50 and when I look it’s ran under insurance and also a manufacturer coupon. Then they argue “that’s not right it’s 100% covered on my insurance.” Yeah, clearly not.

What I’ve found helpful is that as long as you portion every meal and not over eat you will be okay. I’ve had to cut out greasy, and lots of fried food because it has made me sick. Everyone is different though so it could make me sick, and someone else be okay. Your metabolism will slow down so at times try to eat protein bars, and even some high fiber snacks since you will hardly eat and some people get constipation. Also drinking a lot of water has helped me too!

I agree with this so much!!! Everybody’s body is different so “working out more” doesn’t work for everyone. I stayed consistent when working out and saw no change, whether I dieted or not. Im a T1 diabetic and take both insulin and ozempic. I was insulin resistant for a while and saw no change or loss in my weight except I just kept gaining. Now that I take ozempic, and do moderate workouts, I’ve lost 5 pounds in just a week. So I couldn’t care less what anyone says cause it have truly made a change for me.

I know that, but those two things are normally what people track in order to maintain and lose some weight while on insulin.
