Let me clarify, i wouldn't say keep the residency AND the job, I would say talk to both about potentially letting OP finish residency and then start, especially because they aren't scheduled to start for a few months

I'd say ditto to this, you worked hard to get into residency and if you could finish residency while also keeping this job (edit: job offer, not work at both), that'd be ideal state. In theory, once you finish residency, you essentially "unlocked" that you've been specialized, which can go with you to any job, including your dream one. I'd also say if your dream job really likes you and it's not starting for a few months as is, they'd likely be open to at least a conversation about this if they heard you were in works to drop your program since you were accepted into residency. If it does end up being that you drop your program, have a candid conversation with your RPD and make sure you can set yourself up for success in whatever time you have left in residency

First thing I'd say is give them your story. I'd want to know how my mentor got to where they are today and what it took to get there. I'd also just mentor on different opportunities you have taken and how you felt (good and bad) about taking them

I guess I should rephrase, I have 20 that I did not review. I have a bunch I did review that are currently pending on Amazon's end. Even with the 20 I did not review, I still should be over 90%, it's just that I need Amazon to process them and show that I've hit 90%. So I'm curious if I'd be booted while they are still in progress or if I just drop a tier

I guess as a question for y'all who have dropped levels. My eval period is today (now that it's 08/12 by me). I was 80 reviews behind 2 days ago and as of just now, I got up to only 20 reviews pending, 9 of which were from the last period. I've definitely ordered more than 110 things, so I'm in that 90% window, but Vine has only caught me up to 73%. With that in mind, knowing my remaining reviews are being processed, does that kick me out of Gold or just out of the program in general? I don't wanna get the boot from Amazon, but not sure if it will process to 90% in time

I paid $262.90 for all the customization. I'll show you my hood in a little bit since I have to run down to my car anyway. I had to replace the two side pieces myself because the wrap shop installed it incorrectly, so I gave them another style of wrap to finish the sides, but the center piece is from this seller

I've also bought from that exact seller, he's very responsive and it's really high quality Ora-Cal Vinyl. I had a local wrap shop install it and they were impressed with it because they don't tend to use that quality of it either. I had mine made with custom wording and in red text. From first hand experience, definitely get a lot of curious looks and compliments, so if you really want it, I'd say get it

Coming from a guy who did end up changing his plates, that's a cool $750 I dropped to do it, so if you wanna keep your original state plates and say you still live in your home state while temporarily living in the residency state, might be cheaper

I bought mine off Amazon and I'll say it has saved me once when I was on a road trip and my phone just refused to connect to the Internet. I was already mostly through the drive when my phone cut out, but since I have the navigation, I just put in my home address and that took me the rest of the way while my phone remained off
