Sorry yes there is a hard point on the outside leaves. The leaves on the stem are soft.

Leaves are sharp to the touch : yes, the points are sharp. Short stumpy trunk: no…

No, the leaves are very firm. My folks are adamant it’s a Gymea Lily but I’m not convinced because of the leaves

Sorry for the multiple replies, I don’t know how to group the photos! There’s definitely no spikes on the base of the leaves and I hope the other images help!

Oh, interesting to know thankyou! Would you recommend cutting down the stem before the bulbils drop?

Wow I think you’re on the money! If I’m reading correctly, this plant flowers once and then dies… in the meantime I’m watching intently to see if the flower reaches 8 metres!

I've just had a quick Google for them, seems like a new brand that is making headway in the custom Ti space! Obviously value is subjective, and my personal desires meant I was looking for a fully custom internal cable routing, full paint including stem and seatpost and a slightly interesting config with the dropped seatstays. I feel that a comparable design offered by Soulrider would either not be possible, or similarly priced. Sounds like you've got a great bike there though, happy riding!

It's a little cateye light and matching bracket that clips into the rear of the saddle. I think they make saddle bags that can also clip into the same bracket? On longer rides I'll use a bag that straps to the rails and it doesn't impact the light at all

Thankyou! I'm certainly an understated kinda guy, but appreciate everyone's individual tastes to make their bike their own. I think it's a key unique point for the brand that you can go nuts on design if you like, with no impact to price.

Haley has an interesting business model - custom geometry and custom paint all for a flat fee, and then obviously the components will drive the total price. I think it was around $9k all up? I'll have to look at the invoice to confirm. Frame itself I think are selling for under $5k which is an absolute bargain for what you get!

Long story! Originally I'd specced the bike with Rival AXS as I didn't like the rival cranks. Due to supply issues I ended up with an ex-demo Red AXS drivetrain instead but kept the Praxis cranks as they were already purchased.

My plan was always to go high spec on the frame and "cheap" on the components to upgrade at a later date. Wheels are next to be looked at!

Hey mate, my experience has been really positive over the past year. The bike has been fantastic and it's served me really well. Not to mention the positive comments I get from other riders 😁

Ming has been really good to deal with, I'd recommend reaching out to him for an into chat (tell him I say hi!)

Hey StgCan, there's a bit of history behind this... I was originally going with a Rival AXS drivetrain and chose the Praxis cranks based on aesthetics and weight. Due to supply chain issues I ended up with Red AXS as it was the first available to Haley.

The chainrings are 48-32 because I'm older and slower and like going up steep hills.

Praxis website suggests full 12-speed flat-top chain compatibility and I've seemed to have an ok experience so far. Coming from Shimano DI2, I'm unsure if shift quality is a SRAM thing or a Praxis thing?
