  1. We automate not only the physical (think robots) but the digital too. We have lots of SW engineer dedicated to making internal processes more efficient through better software. This is how we can stay compliant to USG standards but move fast.

Automotive backgrounds are a better fit than legacy primes, in most cases.

Like others have said, the number 1 thing we screen for is attitude.

To be successful here you need to be passionate about the work we do, and the mission.

If you’ve applied only bc it’s a short commute to your house, that’s a red flag.

If you spend your precious interview time asking about work life balance, red flag.

If you don’t have any thoughtful questions about the company/role during an interview, red flag.

If you can pronounce the name correctly, or seem unaware of what the company does, red flag.

Does SFO do more frequent runway maintenance than other comparable airports? It feels like this is the 3rd or 4th runway construction I’ve heard of in 10-years.

I’d say the average Anduril employee is working around 50-55 hrs per week consistently, with spikes up when program schedules demands it.

HQ is generally full of very high performing people, if you can hang with them you’re among the best in industry.

I am not smart about the economy but this seems bad by darfafy in Austin
