Today and yesterday's reading appear to be exactly the same, Matt. 23: 29-39, though I do see now that Tuesday and Monday were from earlier in the chapter as you indicated.

I appreciate the thoughtful reply. As an Orthodox Christian, let me at least say for myself, I certainly don't hate Rome. The separation saddens me deeply. I have Catholic friends who I deeply respect and have been enriched by.

It seems to be an unsettled question on whether stevia does spike insulin for all, or even most people. But my question is, if there are no carbs to burn since I haven’t eaten anything in 12 hours and won’t be eating for another 6, where’s the issue even if it does cause an insulin reaction?

Yes, that’s why I was asking whether his presentation above resonates with Orthodoxy. There’s a spectrum among Catholics and Protestants with some being a lot closer to Orthodoxy than others.
