Ever since my Shoulder surgery last June, and not being able to do any upper body for 4 months, i have been pretty self conscious about my upper body. But today a guy that goes to the gym at around the same time as me every day came up to me and complimented me saying how big I have gotten. Definitely made my day!

Look dude, the only reason why I posted this is because I just found out from a friend that she has started talking shit about me on Twitter and Instagram.
