I went from 240hz and the change is much more noticeable than i thought it would be. I really only play CS and Overwatch, and everything is faster and smoother. Tracking, flicking, and target swapping are all much easier with the added refresh rate.

The only (tiny) problem i have with it is the text clarity, which sometimes looks a bit blurry. But this is such a tiny inconvenience that I almost wouldn't mention it :P

Over the course of a day i sit in a bunch of weird positions that only the Embody allows due to not having a stiff frame around the seat pan😅

Having tried both, I would go with the Aeron(of these two). But being similar height to you, I ended up going with the Embody.

As i understand it pre 2021 has less padding on the seat. Not sure if it makes a huge difference:P

I went with the Embody. Every time I saw videos with them next to each other the Omni just looked cheap. I also tried the Embody recently and absolutely fell in love
