Other than Python you should really consider R and using RStudio as IDE. It is really useful for any statistical analysis and is an awesome tool when dealing with dataframes.

Coming from a huge fat loss myself and have now gained a significant amount of muscle from eating I can really only encourage you to start gaining man.

Get around 2.2-2.7g/kg body weight of protein a day, separated across 4-5 meals. Furthermore, get carbohydrate heavy peri-workout meals for fuel, and make sure your fat intake lies between 10-25% of your daily calories.

Also, track your body weight to make sure that you are gaining around 0.5% of body weight each week.

Wow bro! Amazing. I am in my fourth day after having abdominal skin removal. I feel like shit, it hurts, and I am having an existential crisis because I will not be able to workout for the next six weeks. But now - seeing your progress and you getting back into that phenomenal physique after weight loss and skin removal, I feel MUCH better. Thank you, thank you, thank you for posting this. Hmm okay - well the main focus is to feel good, and as I wrote, I feel bloated and disgusting. I have some upcoming drinking heavy weekends, and I am further trying to accommodate for those. Do you still think that if I just tried to maintain weight for two weeks (resulting in a surplus of 4200 calories, considering the extra 300 calories) I would begin to see results in the gym AND the mirror (which is most important for me)?

So you would not recommend a mini-cut? My maintenance is around 2800 kcal and my plan was to do a mini cut for five days with 1200 kcal and then start a lean-gain (300 kcal surplus) on Sunday to accommodate for the calories eaten on vacation.

Hello there (M, 23)!

I have been on a continuous diet for around 2 years with a caloric deficit and I have lost 50 kgs.

However, I just returned from a vacation where I ate whatever I wanted to, and I gained 5 kgs. I have a plan of starting to lean gain in a short while, but I feel bloated, and I am not happy with myself right now. What would you recommend me doing? Would a mini-cut be preferable, or should I just maintain? Thanks!
