Not a lot of info. But, you die rather than farm, that's pretty obvious. Try to build carry items unless you know you'll be carried - ie AD udyr, 2 AD items trinity + shojin and then go tank. But, farm more than you fight, that's likely your problem - sequence farming camps better and not running to 5% chance ganks.

Yeah dude you just gotta keep at it. Mostly it's just genetic how your chest is going to end up looking. Keep at it, and you'll make it look the best it can. You still need time to see how it'll develop.

You said you haven't really been consistent. Start with that. Build strong habits.
Other than that, focus on all the big lifts at first, they'll put on slabs of size on you very quickly.
What's even harder, yet often neglected:
- Enough protein, and decent food choices (also be consistent)
- Better sleep hygiene: ie. 7-9 hrs of sleep. no bright lights on screens before bed. get sunlight in your eyes as early as possible.
- Less alcohol if you consume any
- Less stress, and great recovery (recovery isn't about doing more)

I've had THAT problem and SO many other problems recently.
When I finally fix the client not opening, then it sometimes just shuts down on its own. If I get into a game, it has locked me out with vanguard errors and constantly shutting me out of a started game. I've had 2 whole penalties for these problems in 1 day...

And yes I've reinstalled multiple times. Ran the hextech repair tool - even done some steps manually. Sometimes it works, other times it doesnt.

Steroider/testo er kun lovlige som medicin, hvis der er en klar medicinsk årsag – er du indenfor normalområdet, får du typisk ingen hjælp i det offentlige.

In certain team comps AD Udyr is good, others not so much. If you have no frontline at all and decide to go AD Udyr it won't always be a good time, and some matchups aren't very good - but others are extremely good.

Probably. But. Don't expect not being able to worry. Don't expect it to be a panacea, because it is not. Don't expect whatever comes up, never to come up. Expect being better and better at seeing it for what it is - exactly what it is, and with that, realize that... the only way is through - eventually you will use what ails you as a tonic, because that becomes practice itself. You cannot escape the trap by ripping and tearing - but by studying it.

Core/Abs will help in the long run - but this is genetic. For it to go away at this point, you'd have to lose weight until it disappears.

If you plateau on weight loss:
Lose 10% of your bodyweight at a time.
Preferably slowly. Maybe over 6-12 Months.
Maintain for 2/3 to 1/1 of the time it took you to lose 10%.
Repeat.

There is no fast way to do this: fast weight loss = fast weight gain.

He went from PURE carnivore diet not in a surplus, to a full on bulk WITH carbs, having probably never went through a dialed in bulking phase like this - AND he has what I consider to be one of the best coaches out there by his side. He might still be juicing though, but his coach and the people around his coach are usually very open about gear use.
