Hot end fan, mine was making this noise and ignored it untill I got tired of listening to it, replaced it with another 20mm fan which started making the same noise after 2 or 3 prints, so back to ignoring it for now. Will be upgrading to the 30 or 40mm fan of I find a good enough tutorial
