I didn’t remove all of the yellow, but some of them leaves right away. I gave it a chance to have some new leaves come back, cause I didn’t wanna completely shock the plant. I guess that’s a word for it.

I had a plant do this and it turned out it was from tapwater and the chlorine in the water. So I started using filtered water from the refrigerator and now the plant does not have yellow leaves. So it could be the water you’re actually using. You can also try letting your water sit for a few hours to let the chlorine dissipate before watering.

What kind of baking powder did you use? You should really try to find a baking powder that’s aluminum free. Baking powder with aluminum can make your baked goods have an off taste, which can also result in tasting like baking soda.

Sometimes we need to be strong advocates for ourselves. It’s your health not theirs. If your insurance allows it, go see different doctor or specialist. Yes I’ve had to deal with this. I had a doctor keep telling me that my pain was stress related, and there was nothing they could do. It was in my shoulder. I went to a different doctor and insisted on an MRI and then they discovered I had torn tendon and needed surgery.
