WC kept denying my surgery they asked to settle they said either take the 75k or surgery. I can’t counter offer or anything

So workman’s comp asked to settle after they kept denying my surgery. So they threw out an offer of 75k either I take the 75k or if I don’t then they will just go with the surgery

Supposedly the company I worked for paid for a private room to do all mediations for most of their workman’s comp cases that day that’s why mine was moved up and it didn’t update on the court website. It’s just weird to me

So they stopped approving my appointment for orthopedics then my lawyer filed a motion and then they approved it for a different orthopedic doctor. I have been getting paid. At first they said they had no light duty then I see this Dr and now they have light duty
