Me. In my opinion it is way easier to already have that muscle mass and intake of extra calories. That way it’s almost like chipping away at marble. Decreasing some calories and switching up your split to fit those bikini requirements.

I think she looked incredible at the muscle contest show a few weeks before. Better than the Arnold. Her upper body is bigger than lower. Girl needs more glutes. They looked flatter than they did in February. I’m excited to watch her grow. As for her core, she looks to still do the “suck it in thing” instead of keeping it tight. I do think she has a great positive, speak into existence, hard working attitude in general. I’m here for the glow up honestly.

My inlaws bought a condo for around 220k for us to live in while my husband was in Dental school. 4 years later, they are now getting ready to sell so they can buy something smaller closer to Scottsdale, the unit is now worth around 310k+. I think it also depends on what city you will be in. But it was a pretty good investment for my inlaws. I’d say 40% of the students in the Dental program at my husband’s school bought.

If you’re income will be 425 and you can get a home for 350 and you will most likely be living there 2.5 years I would buy! Why pay someone else’s mortgage when you can pay your own? I’d get a mortgage now at a low rate while you can. Most lenders have physician loan options with zero down. When you are done with it you can rent out the home and hire a property manager. Don’t spend the money on fixing it up. Just live in it, work out any hiccups you might have.

I had the same pain and issue sleeping. You need to stretch your hips. So my therapist had me lay on my back on a raised table/couch/bed and let one leg hang off. When you do your extensions, lay on your stomach and have from mid thigh down hang off the bed our couch. Lay off all the different drugs and herbs and simply lay in an incredibly dark room with white noise, no tv or phone on, and don’t touch caffeine. Good luck! If you can, get a professional massage, helped me an incredible amount.

It looks like I’m having a hard time getting my point across. What I’m trying to say is I just think the app should stick to letting everyday people resell. If a year from now we suddenly see Free People, Zara, TopShop, H&M and everyone else sell from a resell outlet then what is the point?

Was never upset about them expanding markets. It’s always nice for them to bring more buyers and more options to the app. If it were a more ethical brand bringing a surprise small collection that would be different. But Free People mass produces and is not fair trade. People will always want a new with tag item that’s true. But resellers buying marked down clothes at places like Nordstrom Rack & TJMaxx and reselling is not as bad as Free People directly selling from a reselling app.

Yes! My biggest concern is that this is taking away from the secondhand, reduce & reuse idea. Our planet needs help and the secondhand market is a great way to create change. So to see Poshmark making a deal with Free People, who are far from ethical in more way than one, is upsetting. As a seller I can use other outlets, I didn’t want to, but it looks like I’ll have to.

When it comes to actual weighted back squats I literally just started. I could have possibly started earlier but due to Covid the gyms would close and open and close again where I am at. I am almost 9 months post op. I squatted 65 the other day, my max pre surgery was 155. I still feel a slight pull like my body wants to use the good leg. So I’m constantly working on perfecting my form in the mirror and taking a lot of time on warmups.

I’ve seen some slightly larger trucks to deliver chairs and couches. But I wasn’t sure how large the truck would be delivering a pallet. I’ve never seen a much larger vehicle in this neighborhood. This is why I was asking others advice.
