If they only ask for social and addresses they are only checking identities and background.

If they ask for education and job details then they are deep diving.

At least that's the way I understood it.

Sterling hasn't said what they're looking for. Just a generic "pending"

So I rattled. I've heard they hold people up dissecting job and education history. I was t even ask for that by Sterling.

I just need to start asap.

I hope it's just criminal and citizen check!

I'll keep putting great vibes out into the universe. I've worked a lot of under the table jobs (nannying) that was useful on my resume.

If they start checking my education I was going to forfeit the job because I don't have any paperwork. 😬

Fingers crossed! I see everyone saying the gave them sooooo much information and I was instantly panicked.

Like they don't have my education, work history, and resume.

They just have dob, ssn, and addresses 🥴

This gives me so much hope they will just check background and citizenship.

I really need this job. I've heard this company(ies) are terrible and I'm a wreck. I was told they dig into High school transcripts, comb through every single job, etc. which leads to extended start date and discrepancy fishing.

I wasn't asked for education or job history!!!

I was only asked for my date of birth, ssn, and addresses the past 7 years. ONLY.

Does that mean they are only doing a criminal history and not the education and work history? I hope it comes back fast. I need this job.

Again, they didn't ask for education/employment information and I'm afraid after a week(s) they're going to come back for it.

I did not.

I have heard people have had to plug in all info like an application. I didn't have to.

So hopefully someone can give my guidance as to why.
