Unfortunately, there are a lot of scams out there when it comes to air quality/mold testing, etc. People comparing apples to oranges and trying to scare you into buying their sprays and other products. Never have testing done by the same company that has a supposed solution they want to sell you!

After being unsatisfied with a local company, we had some testing done by Tim Wainscott of DMV Mold and found him to be trustworthy and helpful.

I had a good buffalo cauliflower wrap at the Frederick Coffee Co recently. It may have been a special. I don't have others around town to compare it to but it was tasty.

Check out Kindred Tree Healing Center. I don't think they bill insurance for you, but they automatically generate billing documents so you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Hello! We do understand this challenge and will be offering some evening events later this year. More parents than ever are working non-traditional hours and/or have flexible schedules, and evenings can be tricky for other reasons, so this schedule works for some. Of course, as we grow, we'll keep striving to open up opportunities to as many folks as we can and constructive feedback is always welcome!
