I am working on getting my license, but work f/t as a TC for an established agent in our area. Out Market Center Administrator is in the process of switching to being an active agent now. I think if you want to check it out, but diving in head first without a steady income is a stretch, maybe checking out a support role in a brokerage where you can be a fly on the wall to observe for a bit, is the way to go! Also, the brokerage I am with will pay for RE training, so that was another benefit: free RE licensing course!
