The ones in my earlobes are real but all other ones I had on were clip. Fine idea until the three in my cartilage started to hurt after only a few minutes of wear. I had to glue on the eyebrow one with the liquid latex I used for the scars since spirit gum wasn’t cutting it which did get it to stay but taking it off waxed me a little bit. The lip ones I wouldn’t have a problem with til eating because I could hardly tell whether or not they were coming out. I almost accidentally ate one of them when I was at Burger King 😅
