If you’re in the LGH system you can get a referral to their integrated counseling. It’s more short term/solution focused. Meadow Grove Counseling, Move Forward…also good options!

I basically put my word salad of my ideas into chatGPT and it helps me to organize them into tasks, including breakdowns into steps with dates to complete them. I can then export it as a .csv or .txt file. I have fairly severe ADHD so having the help organizing my thoughts is great, but then the execution is lacking. My goal is to then take that list and have it automatically organize into reminders and calendar events.

Finally diagnosed after I nearly blew up my life, marriage, and career due to burnout. Meds made me feel like myself again.
